SuperDerivatives has installed the Citrix Presentation Server in the SuperDerivatives Data Centers. This lets us provide you with dramatically accelerated access to our pricing applications via the Citrix Presentation Client (the client), solving existing internet performance, security and access issues. Why use Citrix to access SuperDerivatives' applications?

If you have a problematic Internet connection (resulting in slowness and bad response time when accessing and using the SuperDerivatives real-time pricing platforms) due to any of the following:

• Unreliable Internet connection. With the client, access is very fast and always guaranteed. This is achieved by redundancy.
• High latency - often happens in remote countries.
• Narrow bandwidth where internet infrastructure is not advanced or narrow "effective bandwidth", where you have a wide bandwidth but it is shared with many users. With the client, bandwidth consumption is minimized, maximizing performance.
• Security issues: For security reasons, you have stringent rules surrounding your firewall and proxy setups. This means you cannot access our products over the public internet using a standard browser. With the client, security is guaranteed, especially important when using the public Web outside the bank or via wireless. 
• Allows access for users with no Windows or Internet Explorer environments. For example, you have a Sun machine or use a Fire Fox browser.
